Exhibition Games

icAdding a game individually or updating an existing game can create an exhibition game from the steps below.

 

Keep in mind an exhibition game does not count against pool standings in regular pool play, however you still must create at least one pool to create a match-up.  If you have more then one pool, but would like to hide one of them then un-check the Visible option on the pool.   

 

 

If you know the match-up you want to add or are adding games manually follow these steps to make a game an exhibition for either participant.

1. Go to event Schedule (Events -> Event -> Schedule)
2. After creating grid, click + Game button at the bottom 
3. Choose a Division, a Type of Individual, and select your participants.
4. To make the game an exhibition (or not count against their pool record) deselect Pool Play check box for one or both participants.
5. Click Save and schedule game

Update Existing Game To Exhibition Game

If a game needs to be changed to an exhibition for a participant  follow the steps below.

1. Go to event Schedule (Events -> Event -> Schedule)
2. Double click on the game to make an exhibition
3. Deselect Pool Play check box for one or both participants, 
4. Click Save button.

Note:  If all games for a team won't count against pool standings, then you can add a restriction for that team and mark them as an exhibition team for the entire event.
