Schedule Troubleshooting

Below are some of the most common questions when scheduling within the schedule grid.  

Matchup Won't Drop In Grid Cell

Most likely the cell is grey and disabled.  Double click the grid cell to enable it to the active color.

Pool Games Missing From Schedule Grid

The platform doesn't automatically create pool games when a pool is manually created, only when a division template is applied with pool games in it.  To create pool games for a pool click the + Game button on the bottom of the schedule grid.

If you know you have pool games created, then a filter may of been clicked in the Legend on the right side that are hiding them in the unscheduled games bucket.  You can always reload the page to clear the Legend too.

Multiple Rows For Same Time

Sometimes the schedule grid will duplicate times in the schedule grid and deleting the duplicate will not remove it.  This usually happens in Safari.  Start by using the Chrome browser as it is the superior browser for our platform.  We recommend taking a screenshot or having another tab open with a reference to your schedule grid if you want to put the games back in the right place.  Once that is done follow the steps below:

• Open fresh tab/page of your schedule grid
• Delete All duplicate times (Not leaving any)
• Click Save button
• Reload  browser page
• Click + Time button at the bottom of the grid and add the time back
• Click Save button
• Reload browser page
• Schedule games back (from screenshot or reference tab if necessary)
• Close reference tab so an accidental update isn't made
