Coaches can invite another coach or staff member to the roster to manage or view. To invite the coach, go to either the Primary Staff Roster or Event Staff Roster under your Coach Account and follow the steps below.
For multiple coaches under a team follow the below steps to send bulk invites via email.
- Click Teams
- Click Team Name
- Click Coaches in side-menu
- Select the coach you wish to invite by clicking on the checkmark in their row
- Click Actions button
- Click Invite and select Access Type
You can also do this from the coach details page under the team coaches section.
- Click Teams
- Click Team Name
- Click Coaches in side-menu
- Click Coach Name
- Click Invite button
- Check Administrative Access (optional)
- Click Invite at the bottom
The coach will get an email to log in or create a coach account, after which he will be linked to the team and have access.
