Exposure offers two auto-scheduling tools to fit your event needs: our original Standard scheduler and the advanced SchedulePro with AI. Below is a quick overview of both options, including best practices for getting the most out of each.
Standard
The Standard auto scheduler is our original and most flexible option. It supports a wide range of scheduling rules and restrictions but may not be able to handle a large amount. This option is not ideal if your event has complex scheduling needs or many rule-based requirements.
SchedulePro with AI
SchedulePro with AI is our latest and most advanced scheduler, powered by technology used in professional leagues worldwide. It delivers fast, efficient scheduling but is currently more limited in rule compatibility. We recommend watching the video below on how to use SchedulePro.
The following features are not yet supported by SchedulePro:
- Bracket Games (use Standard after pool games are scheduled)
- Games/Rolling Days
- Travel Times
- Conditional Pool Games
Best Practices
To get the best results when using Exposure's auto scheduling tools:
- If your event includes many team restrictions, consider scheduling one division at a time (Standard only).
- Be sure to add all gyms before auto-scheduling. Otherwise, you’ll need to manually move games afterward (this will be improved in future updates).
- Create all matchups before running the scheduler for a division.
- Add all relevant restrictions prior to auto-scheduling.
