If your event or division schedule isn't available to the public it could be one of the following reasons below.
Note: Any update can have a small delay on the public side website, widget and especially app.
Unpublished Schedule
The schedule may of never been published or was accidentally unpublished. Verify the Schedule button is green on the quick publish menu on the Event Details page. You can also verify this under your Event Settings, Schedule section.

Availability Date and Time
A date and time may of been entered to only show the schedule after a certain date and/or time. This should be removed. You can verify this under your Event Settings, Schedule section.
- Click Events
- Click Event Name
- Click Settings in side menu
- Open Schedule section
- Remove Availability Date and/or Time
Show Schedule During and After Date
A date and time may of been entered to only show the schedule after a certain date and/or time. This should be removed. You can verify this under your Event Settings, Schedule section.
- Click Events
- Click Event Name
- Click Settings in side menu
- Open Schedule section
- Remove Hide On And After date
Unpublished Division Schedule
If only one of your division schedules aren't visible verify the division is active and that the publish schedule wasn't overwritten and hidden. You can also verify this under your Division Settings. Below you can see the schedule visiblitity being overwritten for this division and hidden.
- Click Events
- Click Event Name
- Click Divisions in side menu
- Click Division Name
- Click Settings in side menu
- Uncheck Override for Show Schedule
