Standings Troubleshooting

If your standings aren't visible or the date, time and location aren't visible it could be a visibility setting.

Standings Hidden

If standings or pools are hidden from the public it could be one of the following reasons:

Show Standings isn't checked under the Quick Publish menu or Event Settings within the Standings section.
One or more pools are not visible. Make sure to check Visible on each hidden pool under the Pools page by clicking on the Gear icon and checking Visible.
If you are logged in and you can see the pools, but others can't. Check the previous two reasons to fix it for the public.
If you or someone accessed the pools before you did the first two options in this section it still might be propagating to the public.

If pools date, time and location are hidden it could be one of the following reasons:

Show Standings isn't checked under the Event Settings within the Standings section.
The schedule Availability Date is set to a future date under the Event Settings within the Schedule section.
If you are logged in and you can see it, but others can't. Check the previous two reasons to fix it for the public.
If you or someone accessed the bracket before you did the first two options in this section it still might be propagating to the public.

Sometimes the participants in the standings aren't seeded correctly. Try the following steps below to fix the problem.

Click on the report name under Reports and change the type of level to Debug, or click the report icon on the Pools page to review how things were calculated.
By default we seed by winning percentage and teams with a different number of games might differ.
Re-save a game score of the seed that is incorrect to process game again and update the bracket.
One of the teams games are accidentally marked as an Exhibition game not counting against their pools standings.
The wrong tie breaker rule selected or Bracket Placement is set to Manual under Event Settings.
If all else fails override the pool standings to your liking.
