Below you will find some answers to help with troubleshooting point rankings.
Rankings Incorrect
If rankings are not correct it maybe one of the following reasons:
- By default rankings don't process until end of the day and will reflect the next day.
- If the rankings were processed manually from the Season Details page then it still might be propagating to the public.
- If the points are incorrect, please check the values of your ranking system.
- If all else fails process the rankings manually on the Season Details page and wait for the public side to refresh.
Note: Changes may take up to 5 minutes to update.
Team Listed Multiple Times Within Division
If a team is listed twice within divisional rankings then they don't share the same parent Team ID and are treated as two different teams. Be sure the team in all events have the same parent Team ID. You can verify this on the Team Details page and seeing a second number to the right like the picture below. This is the parent Team ID and what links event teams together.

Team Listed In Different Divisions
If teams are in different divisions it's one of the following reason:
- The division found for the team is different. Update this on the Team Details page.
- The division name is not the same between events, therefore treated as different divisions. Make sure the division name is the same.
