Updating scores troubleshooting

Below you will find some common problems when updating scores.

Event Missing From Scorekeeper View

If your scorekeeper account is missing the event they are suppose to update, most likely they weren't added to that event yet.  Log into the director account and find this user under the Users section in the side menu.  You will see an + Event or + Organization button to add the relevant event to this user.  The event should now be visible to the scorekeeper after reloading their dashboard page.

Game Updated By Standings or Brackets Didn't Update

If you updated a game and your standings and brackets didn't update right way it is most likely cached.  Please wait 1-5 minutes and recheck.
