Scoresheets

Exposure gives some sports some functionality around scoresheets.  The functionality in regards to scoresheets are listed below.  Watch this Scoresheets Video for a tutorial or follow the steps below.

Create Scoresheets From Schedule

We give you the ability to create scoresheets from your entire schedule or select games.  These scoresheets are pre-populated with game information, teams, coaches and even rosters.  This can be done from the scores page under your event or division.

• Click Events in side menu
• Click Event Name
• Click Scores in side menu
• Click Export button and select Scoresheet options

If no games are selected all games will be exported unless one or more games are selected in the table.  

Scoresheets are processed in the background and can take 10-20 minutes depending on the number of games.  They will be emailed to the Contact Email at the time the export took place.  You can also go to the Reporting Queue to view them there from the path below.  

• Click Settings in side menu
• Click Reporting in side menu

Scoresheet Settings

To update the scoresheet settings navigate to the global settings or event settings.

• Click Events in side menu
• Click Event Name
• Click Settings in side menu
• Click Statistics section and update settings
• Click Save button

Volleyball (Page 2)

Volleyball has a page 2 scoresheet depending on it being timed, best of 5, or best of 3.  You can download it and make multiple copies.
