Brackets Troubleshooting

If your brackets aren't visible or the date, time and location aren't visible it could be a visibility setting.

Winner/Loser Label Not Visible On Unlinked Game

Seeds Not Correct Or Missing

Sometimes the bracket has the incorrect participate for a pool result in the bracket. There could be multiple reasons for this:

• Re-save a single game score of the pool or bracket game related to the game that is incorrect to process game again. (MOST COMMON)
• A delay in the game being processed.
• Standings aren’t complete, meaning not all scores are entered, to calculate seeds
• The game in the Bracket Builder has the incorrect source chosen.  Double check this game in the Bracket Builder.
• The wrong tie breaker rule selected or Bracket Placement is set to Manual under Event Settings.
• Update teams in bracket manually if you aren’t doing the above steps correctly

Brackets Hidden

If a bracket or brackets are hidden from the public it could be one of the following reasons:

• The bracket is not active.  Make sure Active is enabled from the Bracket Details page.
• Show Brackets isn't checked under the Quick Publish menu or Event Settings within the Bracket section.  
• If you are logged in and you can see the bracket, but others can't.  Check the previous two reasons to fix it for the public.
• If you or someone accessed the bracket before you did the first two options in this section it still might be propagating to the public.

Bracket Date, Time, and Location Hidden

If a bracket or brackets date, time and location are hidden it could be one of the following reasons:

• Show Schedule isn't checked under the Event Settings within the Schedule section.  
• The schedule Availability Date is set to a future date under the Event Settings within the Schedule section. 
• If you are logged in and you can see it, but others can't.  Check the previous two reasons to fix it for the public.
• If you or someone accessed the bracket before you did the first two options in this section it still might be propagating to the public.

Venue Is Missing, Only Court  Shows

If you bracket games are only showing the court name and not the venue plus court name it's because Hide Venue Name under your Event Settings was checked under within the Schedule section (Events -> Click Event Name -> Settings in side menu -> Schedule section).  Give it some time to propagate through your public schedule display.

Bracket Cut Off Or Stripped

When saving the bracket on the builder page, the platform didn't grab the right height and width.  Please edit or move an existing game or part on the Bracket Builder page and click save, this should set the correct dimensions.
