AAU Membership Individual Registration

Individual registration can verify an AAU Membership ID at registration.  This way users who have a valid AAU Membership can only register for an AAU Licensed event.  To enable this there are two steps need.

AAU License

First the event must be assign its AAU License number under the Certifications section of the event description.

1. Navigate to Events
2. Click Event Name
3. Open Description section
4. Find Certifications and select AAU Licensed and enter License Number.

AAU Membership ID

An AAU Membership ID is available during registration but it is not required.  If you would like to make it required follow these steps.

1. Navigate to Events
2. Click Event Name
3. Click Event Settings in side menu
4. Open Registration section
5. Find Edit Individual Fields, Add the AAU Membership ID, and select Required
6. Click Save
