Division Settings Override (Registration, Maximum Cap, Hide Schedule)

In Exposure, you have the capability to adjust various settings for individual divisions directly through the "Division Settings" section. This feature enables you to tailor the division's registration availability, enforce participant limits, hide its schedule, and implement other specific adjustments as needed. By accessing and modifying these settings, you can ensure each division is managed according to its unique requirements, providing a customized and efficient event organization experience. Follow the steps below to access these settings.

• Click Events
• Click Event Name
• Click Divisions
• Click Division Name
• Click Settings in side menu
• Enable Override and update the enabled value

An example under the Registration section shows when a maximum of 10 registrations are hit for this specific division, switch the registration to a Status of Waiting List.  Another example is hiding the schedule specifically for this division by unchecking the Checkmark next to Override.
