Exposure offers the ability to add travel services to an event. There are two types of setups and they include a manual link to a travel landing page for the event and registration.
The other setup involves the same thing but we capture the travel itinerary and mark it with the team. That way Exposure can be used to verify which teams are active in an event after registering, paying entry fee and now requiring travel arrangement purchase for Stay To Play events.
The travel link will also show under the event in our directory for other users like parents, college coaches, media or more.
For both options the Travel section under your Event Settings will need to be updated. If all events are going to use the same travel settings then update your Global Settings instead.
- Click Events in main menu
- Click Event Name
- Click Settings in submenu
- Open Travel section
- Complete Travel Settings
- Click Save button
If you want to capture purchases in Exposure after a team makes arrangments please select one of the vendors listed below under your Travel settings. If you are using an outside vendor we don't integrate with then you can mark a team approved for travel under the Team Details page.
After a team registers they will have an option to click Travel on the confirmation page to complete the event registration process. They can also do this from their coach account if they registered prior at a prior time. The team and he event director will get an Exposure confirmation email when a travel arrangment was successfully made for a team.
