Login Problems

If you forgot your password or username you can retrieve them from the Login page from the main Exposure site, not this portal.  

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password enter your username on the Forgot Password page and a new password will be sent to the email under that username. 

If the temporarily password is not working it's either two things: copying or typing it incorrectly.

Forgot Username

If you forgot your username enter your email on the Username Lookup page and an email will be sent to you with a list of usernames belonging to that email.  You can then user the usernames to login or reset your password.

Event Registration Account Login

Only Coach accounts can register for events.  If you are logged in then it's probably not a coach account.  You can verify this from the Account page Role field.  We can not change the role of an account so a new username will be needed when you create a new account.

User Email Already Exists

If you are trying to create an Exposure account and you get a message "User email already exists", then you already have an account with that role and should follow the Forgot Username section above.
