Venues have one or more locations depending on sport (courts, fields, rinks, mats, courses), and must be added to an event after being added globally. You can add a venues and locations from the steps below, along with adding to the event.
Add Global Venue
Venues added to the global list are added one time, but can be reused between events. Below you will find the steps on how to add a venue from your Dashboard.
- Click Venues in side menu
- Click + Venue button
- Fill out the venue fields and click Save button
If you need to edit a venue, just click on the Venue Name after doing step #1. Once a venue is added, by default a location of name 1 is added.
Add Global Venue Location (Court, Field, Rink, Mat or Course)
If more locations are needed for a venue click the + Court, Field, Rink, Mat or Course button on the venue or navigate to the locations section from the steps below from your Dashboard.
- Click Venues in side menu
- Click Venue Name
- Click Courts, Fields, Rinks, Mats or Courses in side menu depending on sport
- Click + Court, Field, Rink, Mat or Course button
- Fill out the location fields and click Save button
Note: If more then one location is needed, click the plus button instead of save to add another after saving.
Add Event Venue
Venues that are added globally need to be added to the event. Some events may not be using all venues under a single account. Venues can be added from the Schedule section or under Venues under the event. Below you will find how to add an Event Venue under the event.
- Click Events in side menu
- Click Event Name
- Click Venues in side menu
- Add necessary venues and click Save
