Event directors who use the EventStore™ or Stripe/Square can earn scheduling credits. Exposure calculates unprocessed transaction application fees when reach a threshold of $100 or on the first day of each month. These credits are then added to the Scheduling Credits total on your Account and Orders (Debit) page.
You'll also receive an email notification about the rewards. Please note that the Rewards Program includes a 1% processing fee, capped at $10, which is paid by the customer when making a payment to Exposure. This charge is considered the application fee.
- Whenever application fees from your transanctions reach a total of $100 within a month, you'll earn a credit for every $5. For example, if you accumulate $100 in application fees before the month ends, you'll earn 20 scheduling credits ($100 / $5 = 20 scheduling credits).
- At the beginning of each month, you're rewarded a credit for every $5 of unprocessed application fees. ($201 / $5 = 40 scheduling team credits)
