We offer the ability to enable Google Maps on the Web and branded app for certain views. This requires you to setup a billing account on Google Maps Platform. Depending on what platform you are enabling this for (Web/App) there would be a maximum of 3 API keys created.
Google Maps API Setup
Follow the Get Started with Google Maps Platform article to setup a payment method in case you exceed the $200 allocated amount each month and enable the API's needed to enable the Google Map to work. The following steps in the article should be completed.
- Create a billing account (May already have one)
- Create a project

Enable one or more APIs or SDKs (Maps JavaScript API, Maps SDK for Android, Maps SDK for iOS)
App
If you have your own branded app and would like a map enabled on it then send the Google Maps API Key for IOS and Android to your app specialist for the update. To do so click Credentails in side menu to create your iOS and Android keys under your Google Console Dashboard.
After the key is created you need to click on the default name of it and update the settings for it like the image below. You will do this twice for iOS and Android and those sections are described below.
IOS
Change the key name like the one below, select iOS apps under Application restrictions and enter your Bundle ID by clicking Add button. Once done click Save and be sure to copy the key and send to your app specialist.
If you don't know your Bundle ID please request it from your app specialist.
Android
Change the key name like the one below, select Android apps under Application restrictions and enter your Package name and Fingerprint by clicking Add button. Once done click Save and be sure to copy the key and send to your app specialist.
If you don't know your Package name and Fingerprint please request it from your app specialist.
Web
We offer the ability to enable Google Maps on the following public sections on the web by entering a Google API Key under the organization. Google Maps offers a $200 credit and after that each 1000 map requests is $5.60-$7.00.

Get, add, and restrict an API key (This is where you create and copy the Google API Key for Exposure). It should look like below with a way to copy the key.
Organization Details
Once you have the Google Maps API Key you can enter it under your Organization Details page.
- Click Events in side menu
- Click Organizations in side menu
- Click Organization name
- Enter Google API Key and click Save
The following sections should be Google Maps enabled now. Please verify map pages like Events widget or Teams page.
