Schedule Grid Reporting

We offer a couple of ways to generate a report of your schedule grid that can be used for say referees or umpire scheduling.  They will generate either an Excel or PDF version.

Excel

Any Scores section will contain an Export button option called Grid.  There are four different options to choose from.  Below is one way to get to a scores page.

• Click Events in side menu
• Click Event Name
• Click Scores in side menu
• Click Export button and choose Grid option

PDF

An event or division report section will contain a report called Schedule Grid.  Clicking on the name will give various options to generate the report including the number of columns.  Below is a way to get to the event reports section.

• Click Events in side menu
• Click Event Name
• Click Reports in side menu
• Click Schedule Grid report name
• Complete options and settings
• Click Print button
