Adding Users (Director)

Exposure has the ability to add users tied to a director account either for certain events or all events under an organization.

Roles

The roles we currently offer are scorekeepers, statcrew, director, and gate.  Each has their own dashboard to view certain data and actions.

Scorekeeper/StatCrew

Read the following article to setup a scorekeeper or statcrew user.

Director

Allows another director to manage your events or a scheduler to schedule an event.  The other director must create their own Exposure director account and provide the username to the director that wants to give them access.

Gate

Gate users can search gate payments, approve or deny barcode access, create gate payments manually, and redeem gate payments manually.

Adding User

• Click Users in side menu
• Click + User button
• Complete necessary fields and click Save button
• Click the + Organization or + Event to have access to and click Save
• Verify the user now sees the event under their account

Note: Adding a user to an organization gives access to all the events under that organization.  If you plan to have that user manage all your events for that organization choose + Organization. If you only want them to manage specific events click + Event.
