Game Streaming Troubleshooting

Below you will find some answers to some questions that might come up while using the Exposure game streaming service.

The Stream Was Interrupted

If your event was done early the replay may have the following message "The Stream Was Interrupted - Your event will automatically resume playing here as soon as the broadcast re-connects".  The current game has a set duration and will show the replay once it's reached.  To manually change the end time of the game go to the video settings and update the end time to a time in the past.  Refresh the browser to see the replay, otherwise wait for the end time of the game to be reached and the replay will be available.

Games Not Synced

If games arent being synced it could be one of these issues.

1. There is no streaming vendor assigned to the event.
2. If you are using Automated processing the schedule must be Published.
3. If you are using Manual processing then you never manually pushed the game to be streamed.  
4. The event has already taken place, therefore no more processing will take place.
