Registration Setup (Director)

We offer two ways to handle registration.  Single Team/Individual Registration or through an EventStore™.  Below you will find the differences on each.  If you would like use the single team/individual registration follow the steps below otherwise read about how to setup an EventStore™.

We offer free registration for single team/individual registration meaning you only pay the merchant fees.  Below you will find steps to get your event up and running for registration.

1. Add Event
   
   
   1. Click Events in side menu
   2. Click + Event button or Import button (Add organization, season if requested)
   3. Click Save button
      
      
2. Add Divisions
   
   1. Click Events in side menu
   2. Click Event Name
   3. Click Divisions in side menu
   4. Click + Division button
   5. Click Save button
      
      
   Note: If you plan to replicate the divisions and prices on more then one event, setup one event for registration exactly the way you want, then click the Copy button under Divisions to copy them, including prices to the other events.
   
   
3. Add Prices - Article
   
   
4. Add Payment Vendor - Article
   
   
5. Payment Settings
   
   
   1. Click Events in side menu
   2. Click Event Name
   3. Click Settings in side menu
   4. Open Payments section
   5. Enable or complete necessary settings
   6. Click Save button
   Note: If you plan to use same settings for multiple events, you should update your Global Settings  from the side menu and select All Updated Global Settings when saving.
   
   
6. Registration Settings
   
   
   1. Click Events in side menu
   2. Click Event Name
   3. Click Settings in side menu
   4. Open Registration section
   5. Enable Registration
   6. Enable or complete necessary settings
   7. Click Save button
   Note: If you plan to use same settings for multiple events, you should update your Global Settings  from the side menu and select All Updated Global Settings when saving.
   
   
7. Travel/Lodging Settings
   
   
   1. Click Events in side menu
   2. Click Event Name
   3. Click Settings in side menu
   4. Open Travel/Lodging section
   5. Enable or complete necessary settings
   6. Click Save button

8. Test Registration Setup
   
   Note: DO NOT skip testing your registration form
   
   
   1. Click Events in side menu
   2. Click Event Name
   3. Click blue Website
   4. Click Registration link
