Scoresheets

Exposure gives some sports some functionality around scoresheets.  The functionality in regards to scoresheets are listed below.

Create Scoresheets From Schedule


We give you the ability to create scoresheets from your entire schedule or select games.  These scoresheets are pre-populated with game information, teams, coaches and even rosters.  This can be done from the scores page under your event (Events -> Click Event Name -> Schedule in submenu -> Scores -> Export button -> Select Scoresheets option) or scores under a division (Events -> Click Event Name -> Divisions in submenu -> Click Division Name -> Scores -> Export button -> Select Scoresheets option).  

If no games are selected all will be exported unless one ore more are selected in the table.  To start exporting scoresheets select the Actions button and select Scoresheets and the order you want them created in.  Scoresheets are processed in the background and can take 10-20 minutes because we are creating actual PDFs of each game.  They will be emailed to the Event Contact Email under the Event Details page.  Watch the Scoresheets Video on a full tutorial.

Create Scoresheets For Teams


If you would like a blank scoresheet with pre-populated team information you can export them from the event teams (Events -> Click Event Name -> Teams in submenu -> Export button -> Select Scoresheets) or division teams  (Events -> Click Event Name -> Divisions in submenu -> Click Division Name -> Teams in submenu -> Export button -> Select Scoresheets).

Upload Scoresheets For Game


When a game is complete there is the ability to upload our scoresheet or any scoresheet for that matter for a particular game specificaly from a mobile device.  This upload will be shown on all public display options except a report.  Watch the Scoresheets Video on a full tutorial.

Blank Scoresheet


Under reports for a certain event, a blank scoresheet is available if necessary.
